Commercial valuations

The valuation will be undertaken by one of our surveyors who are all members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and who are all members of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme. Most valuations require an inspection of the property where we assess its construction, size and location and its overall condition.

It is important to get a commercial property valued before selling or purchasing it. We will conduct a formal valuation and provide you with an accurate sale value or rental value. From small shops to large office spaces and for more specialist properties including doctor’s surgeries, medical centres, public houses and hotels. Additionally, we complete valuations for Lease Extensions and Leasehold Enfranchisement.
