PARTY WALL MATTERS
Compliance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 involves the serving and acknowledgement of Party Wall Notices. The firm is able to act on behalf of both building owners (generally those that are having works carried out to their benefit) as well as adjoining owners (those who may be affected by such works). Condition surveys will be undertaken when necessary.

COMPULSORY PURCHASE NEGOTIATIONS AND COMPENSATION
