O A Chapman & Son complete valuations on properties on behalf of both high street banks and major lending institutions as well as for private clients. Valuations may be required for secure lending purposes, probate, ‘Help to Buy’ and matrimonial proceedings. Valuations are also undertaken for more specialist properties including doctor’s surgeries, medical centers, public houses and hotels. Additionally, we complete valuations for lease extensions and Leasehold Enfranchisement. Valuations are undertaken in accordance with RICS Rules and are carried out by valuers who are registered under the Valuer Registration Scheme run by the RICS.
