RESIDENTIAL VALUATIONS

The valuation will be undertaken by one of our surveyors who are all members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and who are all members of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS). Most valuations require an inspection of the property where we assess its construction, size and location and its overall condition. We will prepare a detailed report which will provide a current market value.
